Compared to traditional modes of economic and trade cooperation, technology innovation cooperation has the potential to stimulate a country’’s development and enhance sustainable development. Countries along the "Belt and Road" initiative are mostly developing countries and emerging economies, many of which still have incomplete industrial systems. Technology innovation cooperation plays a crucial role in improving their industrial systems and promoting the development of their national economies.
